Sanneh’s Human Development Program equips youth and young adults with the skills, training, and support they need to thrive in life and work. Through paid internships, job readiness training, and mentorship, participants gain real-world experience, build confidence, and explore career pathways—all while contributing to their communities.

Sanneh’s Dreamline program supports K–12 students through in-school and after-school mentoring that builds academic skills, social-emotional growth, and cultural confidence. By pairing students with caring, culturally responsive mentors, Dreamline creates trusting relationships that inspire student-defined success and strengthen each school’s learning environment.

Sanneh’s Conway Community Center is a vibrant hub where youth, families, and neighbors come together to learn, play, and grow. Offering year-round sports, academic support, mentoring, and community events, Conway provides a safe and welcoming space for people of all ages. By fostering connection, promoting healthy lifestyles, and delivering vital resources, the center strengthens the fabric of the East Side community.

Sanneh’s Free Community Camps give kids of all backgrounds the chance to play, learn, and grow in a fun, supportive environment. Led by trained coaches and mentors, these camps teach soccer skills, teamwork, and confidence—at no cost to families—while connecting youth to positive role models and new opportunities.

Sanneh’s Nutritional Services Program fights food insecurity by providing free, healthy meals to children, families, and community members year-round. We distribute fresh produce, pantry staples, and culturally relevant foods to ensure everyone has access to nutritious options. By meeting basic needs, we help families focus on education, health, and building a stronger future.

OTHER INITIATIVES
HAITIAN INITIATIVE
The Sanneh Foundation’s Haitian Initiative (HI) uses the power of soccer to bring hope, opportunity, and support to youth in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Through daily meals, education, and organized play, HI empowers children to grow stronger and build brighter futures in a safe, supportive community.
gIRLS FIRST
The Girls First program empowers girls and young women through sports-based youth development, combining athletic training with social-emotional skill-building to foster confidence, leadership, and community engagement.
KIDZTYME
KidzTyme is an after school enrichment program where families can enroll their children from 2-6pm. Staff facilitate developmentally appropriate, high quality activities that include physical fitness, social and emotional learning (SEL), developmental relationships and academic engagement through homework help.
LEVEL UPWARD
Level Upward is an innovative initiative designed to empower, educate and prepare athletes and coaches to navigate and address discriminatory situations on and off the field. Participants will learn to create safe and inclusive environments for all athletes.
SENIOR SERVICES
Senior Services programming features free and inclusive programming that helps older adults obtain the resources and access they need to improve their health and well-being.
SUMMER SPLASH
Summer Splash (science, play, learning arts & crafts, sports and health) is a 10-week long day camp for children ages 6-14 that runs from 8:30am - 5pm. During Summer Splash, youth particpate in group activities that foster relationship-building as well as support their social, emotional and academic learning (SEAL).
HOUSING INITIATIVE
The Sanneh Foundation’s housing initiative provides affordable, stable rental options for entry-level employees and AmeriCorps members by purchasing homes in St. Paul. It supports staff in building rental history and financial stability while addressing immediate housing needs.
KICK IT BACK
A program that collects gently used soccer and athletic gear which is redistributed locally and internationally.
AMERICORPS VISTA PROGRAM
The AmeriCorps VISTA program engages service members to build organizational capacity through roles in outreach, workforce development, and operations. VISTA members help expand Sanneh’s impact by strengthening partnerships, increasing participation, and improving efficiency.
